Shawn and Michael Rubiera

Founded in 2025 by Michael and Shawn Rubiera, the Elevar Fund is a philanthropic initiative of the Rubiera Family Foundation. Created to support programs and organizations aligned with their values, the fund seeks to elevate community impact through strategic giving and deep partnership.

"Elevar" — meaning to lift, raise, or elevate — reflects the Rubieras’ belief that meaningful change comes from empowering those closest to the work. With a focus on regenerative farming and land management, entrepreneurship and innovation, international and refugee relief, and the arts and education, the Elevar Fund champions visionary leaders and bold ideas.
